El proyecto de rediseño de marca para el Colegio Profesional de Martilleros Corredores Públicos de la Provincia de Córdoba, consistió en el análisis y diagnóstico de la marca vigente hasta ese momento (2018), conjuntamente con el análisis del rubro (Colegios Profesionales del país), y el rediseño de la misma.

Como resultados del diagnóstico de la marca anterior, se concluyó que presentaba dificultades a nivel sintáctico, semántico y técnico/funcional. La misma tenía una sumatoria de representaciones gráficas que intentaba ser una “insignia” con algunos visos de escudo, pero que se complejizaba tanto que terminaba siendo un collage discordante y poco claro, con muchas literalidades.

Nos propusimos principalmente, dar orden, cohesión y una síntesis (gráfica) de las esferas disciplinares de las que el Colegio forma parte: martilleros, corredores e inmobiliarios. Con el objetivo de aportar singularidad y seriedad.

The brand redesign project for the Professional College of Auctioneers and Real Estate Brokers of the Province of Córdoba consisted of analyzing and diagnosing the existing brand at that time (2018), along with an examination of the industry (Professional Colleges across the country), and subsequently redesigning the brand.

The diagnosis of the previous brand revealed that it encountered difficulties on syntactic, semantic, and technical/functional levels. The brand attempted to amalgamate various graphic representations, aiming to form an "insignia" with some hints of a shield, but the complexity escalated to the point where it turned into a dissonant and unclear collage, burdened with excessive literal elements.

Our primary objectives were to bring order, cohesion, and a graphical synthesis to the disciplinary realms that the College is a part of: auctioneers, real estate brokers, and property experts. This was intended to contribute uniqueness and seriousness to the brand.
